1) Scope & Acceptance

By placing an order, using this website, or using any item purchased from us, you agree to this Notice, our Terms & Conditions of Sale, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy. If anything here conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the law prevails and your statutory rights are not affected.

2) General Safety & Medical Disclaimer

  • Our products (including maternity, postnatal, breastfeeding, baby care and hygiene items) are for personal use and must be used strictly as directed on the manufacturer’s packaging and/or any enclosed instructions.
  • Nothing on this website or in our packs is medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have any concerns about your health or your baby’s health, consult a qualified healthcare professional (e.g., GP, midwife or health visitor).
  • Infant safety: Small parts and packaging (e.g., syringe caps, soother parts, straws, grooming tools, clip fasteners) pose choking hazards. Keep all small parts out of reach of babies and children. Never leave a baby unattended during feeding, bathing or nappy changes.
  • Feeding safety: Always follow safe breast-milk collection, storage and warming guidance printed on each product. Do not microwave breast milk. Items marked single-use must not be reused. Remove and dispose of syringe caps before feeding.
  • Allergies & sensitivities: Check full ingredients, materials and warnings upon receipt before first use—especially for skincare, balms, oils, detergents or latex-adjacent items. Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs.
  • Hygiene: Inspect seals and packaging before first use. Do not use items that appear damaged, opened or contaminated. Clean, sterilise and store items per the manufacturer’s instructions.

3) Product Information, Images & Substitutions

  • Product photos are for illustration. From time to time brands, colours, packaging or exact counts may vary due to supplier or stock changes. Where substitution is necessary, we will supply an item of equivalent function and equal or higher quality.
  • Where sizes are shown (e.g., nappies, syringes, blankets), these are nominal; manufacturing tolerances may apply.
  • Expiry dates (where relevant) will be reasonable at the time of dispatch. Do not use items past their expiry date.

4) Dropshipping & Third-Party Fulfilment

  • We may fulfil your order directly or via carefully selected third-party suppliers (“Dropship Partners”). In some cases, items may be shipped separately and arrive in manufacturer or plain packaging.
  • Our Dropship Partners handle picking, packing, and dispatch and may appear as the sender on parcels. We remain your contracting seller and first point of contact.
  • Where an item is unavailable, a functionally equivalent substitution may be made by us or our Dropship Partner (see Section 3).
  • If your order contains items with different lead times, we may part-ship. You will not be charged additional delivery fees for such part-shipments unless expressly agreed.
  • Title to goods passes on delivery to the address you provide. Risk of loss or damage passes on delivery/signature (or confirmed tracked delivery). You agree to cooperate with reasonable courier investigations for missing or damaged shipments.

5) Delivery, Damage & Shortages

  • Delivery windows are estimates only. We are not responsible for courier delays outside our reasonable control.
  • Please inspect parcels on arrival. If items are missing, damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can investigate and remedy (replacement, refund or resend, as applicable).

6) Returns, Cancellations & Consumer Rights

  • Consumers in the UK generally have a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Some items are excluded for hygiene/health protection if unsealed after delivery (e.g., nipple balms, skincare, opened breast pads, grooming tools). See our Returns Policy for the exact process.
  • Faulty or misdescribed goods are handled in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement or refund). Your statutory rights are not affected.

7) Use Restrictions & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for choosing products appropriate for your (and your baby’s) needs and for reading and following the manufacturer’s directions, warnings and age-grading.
  • Do not modify, repurpose, or use items contrary to the instructions. Do not leave products where babies or children can access small components or cords.
  • For any electrical/sterilising equipment (if sold), use only as rated and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidance.

8) Recalls & Safety Notices

  • If a manufacturer or regulator issues a recall or safety alert, we will follow the relevant process and may contact you using the details provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.

9) Pricing, VAT & Promotions

  • Prices include VAT as marked. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

10) Intellectual Property

  • All brands, names, images and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used to fairly describe the products included. No licence is granted other than for personal use of purchased goods.

11) Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Notice limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss arising from misuse of products or failure to follow instructions.
  • Our total liability in respect of any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the price paid for that product/order.

12) Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, courier disruption, supplier shortages, strikes, extreme weather, political or regulatory action).

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Notice and any dispute relating to your order are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring a claim in your local court.

14) Contact & Complaints

If you have questions, concerns or complaints, contact us via the form on the website. We aim to acknowledge within 5 working days and resolve as quickly as possible.
