- Initial Consultation: A free, no-obligation meeting to discuss your needs, preferences, and birth vision.
- Antenatal Sessions: 1-on-1 sessions designed to fit around your schedule totaling 6 hours, topics including:
- Birth planning and rehearsal.
- Labour and birth information.
- Comfort measures (incl. breathing techniques).
- Partner support.
- Postpartum planning.

- Partner Support: Bespoke session designed to offer support and education to partners and answer their questions.

Birth
Supporting you during birth.
- On Call 24/7: for 2 weeks prior to your due date and 1 week after. If you labour before or after this time then I will do my best. This includes early labour support over the phone, coming to support you with care at home before heading to the hospital, providing holistic support for you and your birth partners ensuring that your needs are met at all times, relief care for your birth partners, advocacy for your wishes (birth planning is included in this package), immediate after care and feeding support within the first 48 hours.
- Caesarean birth package: for planned caesarean births. Birth planning, attending theatre if you wish, immediate after care and feeding support within the first 48 hours.
Postnatal
Helping you adjust to your new life.
- Postnatal Home Visits: Physical, emotional and feeding support for the early days. I can be the village you need for support with the skills you deserve for a professional level of care. If necessary, I have the knowledge to direct you on to specialist services.
- Night Nanny: Babies needs don’t follow our natural body patterns. If you find you are struggling at nights then I will care for your infant overnight, including nappy changes and bottles if they are formula fed. If they are breastfeeding, I will wake you for feeds and provide support. £35 per hour, 4-hour minimum (£140 minimum).
- Practical Help: Light housework, meal preparation, and errands to ease your workload.
